Haley Lynn Foreman passed away Friday, March 8. She was born on November 12, 2000, to Ben Foreman and Maria Moore in Washington. Her infant daughter, Mataya Carter Foreman, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024. Mataya was born on November 20, 2023 in Lake St. Louis, MO to Shane Gregory and the late Haley Foreman.
Those who will remain grateful for having shared in Haley's life are her parents; her siblings, Bridget Booth, Cade Foreman, Angelia Moore Johnston, and Peyton Foreman; her grandparents; her aunt and uncle, as well as many other dear relatives and friends. She was a dear mother, daughter, granddaughter, and friend to many.
A visitation for Haley will be held from 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. on Tuesday, March 19 with a 12 P.M. Celebration of Life service to immediately follow at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Charles. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Family in honor of Haley.
