Marthasville holds annual Color Run

Students from Marthasville Elementary School participated in a Color Run to raise money for a school-wide field trip Saturday, May 4 at the Marthasville City Park. Teachers and staff held squirt bottles of all colors and tried to apply the color as the students ran by.

Marthasville Elementary School held its annual Color Run Saturday, May 4, at the City Park in Marthasville. After the students ran nearly a mile of laps, there was a finale as the participants gathered to gether and threw more color in the air. The students were covered with color as the teachers squirted them on their run. Funds raised by the run will benefit a school-wide field trip.
